We are now looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our team and expand our client base.
Role Overview:
As a Account Executive at 4mation, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads and generating new business opportunities through your professional network. You’ll nurture relationships with decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position 4mation as their trusted technology partner.
This is a sales role that involves managing inbound opportunities from digital campaigns, while also leveraging your own network to uncover current opportunities. Success is measured by your ability to drive new client acquisition, grow revenue, and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and convert inbound leads generated through marketing and Google Ads.
- Run discovery calls and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Network & Business Development
- Leverage your own network to generate additional opportunities.
- Actively engage in industry events, forums, and communities to expand 4mation’s reach.
- Develop new relationships with senior decision-makers in targeted industries.
Sales Process Management
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, and contract negotiation.
- Deliver compelling presentations and value-led proposals to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
- Provide market and client insights back to leadership and marketing to refine the go-to-market strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, BDM, Sales Manager, or similar role in a technology consultancy or IT services.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- New client acquisition and revenue targets achieved quarterly/yearly.
- Consistent pipeline development (e.g., number of qualified leads/opportunities per quarter).
- Conversion rates from initial meetings to closed deals.
- Average deal size and contribution to overall company growth.
