Industrial Engineer – Full time position available in Nepean Prok WA

Responsibilities
* Analyse workflows within and across all departments to determine how the company can work better together.
* Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
* Review KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company operations.
* Create an analytical process that justifies business decisions.
* Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
* Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades.
* Analyse capital expenditures and project designs to help find ways to cut costs.
* Maintain an updated outlook on all associated business costs and deliver a quarterly report on pertinent industry trends to the management team.
* Revise work practices to improve efficiency, boost quality and meet production goals.
* Provide visibility of every touch point on each consignment to identify duplication of effort and inefficiencies.
* Implement lean manufacturing principles that improve workflow efficiency, decreasing waste.
* Analyse production data to identify trends and variances, providing actionable insights that inform decision‑making and strategy development.
Qualifications
* Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
* Relevant work experience.
* Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
* Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
* Documentation and organization skills.
* Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study and process balancing.

Compensation
Salary: $110,000 per annum + Super.
