Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the electrical construction project, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, safety, and quality. Drive site safety and compliance through leadership, documentation, and training. Oversee project schedules, procurement, budgets, labour resourcing and subcontractor management. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and attend key site meetings. Implement quality assurance processes, project reporting, and design reviews. Ensure all activities align with Star Group's management systems and values.
