**Job Description**:
Sodexo are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Project Specialist to join the team based in Balcatta, Perth on a 6 Month Fixed Term contract.
The Human Resources Project Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing various HR projects and initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to**:
- Project Management: Support Smartpay Project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop project plans, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with HR team members to implement process improvements and monitor their impact on HR operations.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Stay updated with relevant HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote a positive work environment.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Employee Engagement: Support the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as weekly operational updates, toolbox talks, supporting leader conversations, and translating complex queries into simple explanations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR team members, senior management, vendors, and consultants. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR project management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent Project Management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross[1]functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors System.
- Strong knowledge of UKG Dimensions System.
- Understanding Enterprise Agreement, Employment Contracts and Pay Impacts.
