About the Role
We seek an enthusiastic and experienced Diploma-Qualified Program Leader to oversee engaging, developmentally appropriate programs for children in our care.
You will work collaboratively with Believe Early Learning educators, families, and the community to deliver excellence in early childhood education while upholding our commitment to safeguarding and protecting children.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Mentor and support educators, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Promote and maintain a culture of safeguarding, ensuring child safety and wellbeing.
* Build relationships with families, providing regular communication about their child's progress.
* Evaluate and improve program delivery to meet regulatory requirements.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
* Participate in ongoing professional learning opportunities.
Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Leadership experience in early childhood settings.
* Comprehensive understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child protection legislation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding children and their rights.
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid training.
* Recent Police Check.
* Ongoing professional development commitment.
