You will be the first point of contact at front counter and virtual service points and will provide timely and customer focused service. About you Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, including experience in engaging effectively with a diverse audience. Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise competing deadlines.
