As part of our retail teams, you'll play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience.
Our retail teams are the face of Australia Post, providing excellent customer service to our customers every day. You'll be working closely with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, manage high value transactions accurately, and process a number of identity services transactions.
You'll also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through extensive training programs and ongoing career development support.
We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable team players who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Some key requirements for this role include:
* Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
* Fitness to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
