The role of a Chef is a dynamic and engaging position that involves preparing high-quality meals for clients.
This permanent full-time position is based at RAAF Edinburgh, South Australia, with rostered shifts available any day from Monday to Sunday.
* Casual pay rate $42.33
* Penalty rates for shifts after 6 pm, weekends, and public holidays.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Head Chef with daily mess operations and food service.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, in line with contract expectations.
* Support and participate in the implementation and management of Food Safety Program.
* Clean, sanitise and maintain the equipment and premises.
* Support stock management initiatives, including stock rotation and restocking consumables.
Requirements
* Australian recognised Commercial Cookery qualification (Cert III or higher). (Required)
* Current Australian Drivers Licence. (Required)
* Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
* Previous experience in a similar commercial hospitality role.
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team.
Security Clearance
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen.
