We are the Victorian dealer for Volvo Group Australia (Mack, Volvo and UD Trucks) with 8 main dealerships across Victoria. We sell trucks and buses and provide service and parts for our complete range as the authorized dealer network.

Job Description
You will learn how to diagnose, overhaul, repair, inspect, and test a wide range of trucks and buses. As well as working with a range of diesel engines, you will gain experience in electrical systems and brakes. You will be exposed to CMV Truck & Bus's modern workshop equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
We offer an intensive 4-year apprentice training program, providing theory and on-the-job components as part of their Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
You will learn the knowledge, skills, and applications required to begin a career as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel technician working on Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Truck, and Volvo Buses onsite.
Our state-of-the-art training institute is located at one of the most modern truck dealerships in the Southern Hemisphere. Sitting alongside our CMV Truck & Bus Derrimut Dealership, apprentices have full access to onsite parking, lockers, laundered uniforms, café, and gym facilities.
The purpose-built training institute delivers on-the-job elements as part of apprenticeship training. The training institute is equipped with the same tools the dealership uses, helping the apprentice to understand the safe and proper use of the tools they will be utilizing daily. Our in-house technical trainers support apprentices in gaining a TAFE qualification through hands-on experience.

* A valid driver's license
* Strong attention to detail
* Good mechanical aptitude
