About the Role
We are seeking reliable, skilled Handymen / Maintenance Contractors to join our growing property maintenance network. This role suits experienced tradespeople who want flexibility, steady workflow, and the ability to control their own earnings.
You will receive regular weekly work orders across residential and light commercial properties. You manage your own schedule, accept the volume of work you want, and operate as your own boss—while we handle job allocation and ongoing client demand.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general handyman and property maintenance works
* Minor repairs including carpentry, plastering, painting, doors, locks, fixtures, and fittings
* Diagnose issues on-site and complete repairs to a high standard
* Communicate professionally with clients and property managers
* Complete jobs efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a handyman or in property maintenance
* Strong problem-solving and practical skills
* High attention to quality and workmanship
* Professional presentation and reliable communication
* Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Mandatory Requirements
* Own reliable trade vehicle suitable for handyman work
* Own tools relevant to the trade
* ABN (self-employed contractor)
* Current Public Liability Insurance
* Valid driver's licence
* Right to work in Australia
