Your new role Anopportunity is available for an experienced Supervisor to support the delivery of building maintenance and minorconstruction works in Mt Isa. This role will suit a proactive supervisor withstrong coordination, estimating, and compliance experience who is confidentworking across office, site, and stakeholder environments. KeyResponsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and supporting documentation for maintenance and building works. Coordinate and oversee daytoday maintenance and construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Provide supervision and guidance to internal staff, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality outcomes. Conduct site inspections and condition assessments of buildings and assets, including documenting findings and recommending maintenance actions. Manage tenancyrelated inspections and maintenance referrals in line with relevant standards and requirements. Ensure all work activities comply with workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and legislative obligations. Monitor work performance and support the professional development and conduct of staff and contractors. Liaise with stakeholders to support service delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
