We are currently seeking experienced **Fish Filleters** to join our busy team in **Canning Vale** on Full Time employment. The hours of this role will be Monday to Friday from 05:00am to 01:06pm plus additional hours that are reasonable.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Slicing, filleting, portioning, cleaning, deboning, trimming fresh fish in a wet and cold environment.
- Always working to a high standard of Secure Food handling practices.
- Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.
- Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e., Knives kept sharp and clean, tools kept clean and in good condition.
- Assisting with Quality Inspection of product and ongoing maintenance of stock rotation.
- Reporting to supervisor on any concerns over the quality or yield of produce.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Must have experience within filleting in Fresh Food Processing environment.
- Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with other duties, as required.
