Our Lismore team is small, friendly, and supportive - we help each other out to keep things running smoothly. We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to help us stay organised and support the team day-to-day. About the Role This is a permanent part-time position with flexible hours. We’re looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours and up to 30 hours per week, spread over 4 to 5 days. It’s perfect for someone looking for school-friendly hours or wanting to balance work with other commitments. Your main tasks will include: Answering and directing calls (the internal sales team is first point of contact) Sorting and responding to emails General admin support, including data entry and filing Assisting with invoicing, ordering, mail, and cash banking Occasional stock or purchasing data entry Working from the Lismore branch, but supporting both Lismore and Grafton branches We’re also moving our systems to Pronto, so you’ll get to learn new tools and help us keep things streamlined. The role is expected to grow and evolve as head office takes on some centralised work, leaving space for you to focus on local admin needs over time. About You Organised, friendly, and willing to learn Some previous admin experience Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Able to work independently and prioritise tasks A driver’s licence is essential What We Offer Flexible, school-friendly, part-time hours – you choose your hours (minimum 20 hours, up to 30 hours per week across 4-5 days) Profit share bonus structure Free onsite parking Supportive local team Ready to Join?
