About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide administration support to the Real Estate products and corporate franchise function. You will provide support to the General Managers for Residential and Rural Real Estate and Manager of Operational Excellence. The position will also include assisting the senior management team with the training and events, marketing, onboarding offices and general support to the corporate and franchise offices. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge on Real Estate systems and contribute to our ongoing business plan.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the Real Estate team, you will enjoy a varied day including:
* Managing travel & accommodation bookings, invoice processing and corporate card administration and general support for Real Estate General Managers
* Assist with coordinating national training
* Assist with marketing and graphic design as required
* Assist with award nights and events
* Assist with monitoring the Real Estate Communication Mailbox ensuring timely responses.
* Assist with providing email and phone support to the Franchise and company owned office network as required
* Maintaining current databases and resources on the Real Estate Intranet
* Assist with onboarding new offices
About you

* Previously worked in an office administration position
* Have strong commercial acumen, communication and relationship management skills
