Skills and Experience Required Ability to lead and manage a medium size team Love of coaching and being hands-on Manage stocktakes and stock levels Ordering of product, management of catalogue sales Exceptional VM skills Ability to do heavy lifting Past experience in assembling furniture advantageous Wage control and roster management Ability to challenge and improve KPI results across the team and store Passion for soft and hard furnishings as well as styling Ability to empower and grow your team!
