The role
You will be responsible for onboarding high quality inbound clients, delivering strategic advice, and building long term relationships.
Our client base includes Australian expats and professionals with complex needs, allowing you to focus on meaningful, high value advice rather than volume.
This is a high touch, low volume model where your time is spent advising, not chasing or processing. The role will be based in Perth or Sydney with the opportunity for hybrid work.

What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Financial Adviser in Australia
* Relevant degree, FASEA qualified and RG146 compliant
* Strong understanding of compliance and advice frameworks
* Ability to build and manage client relationships
* Experience working with professional or high net worth clients
* Proven ability to convert and onboard new clients
* An existing client base is beneficial but not essential.
