* UGL is currently seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team in Pinjarra for a shutdown project.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers attractive rates, site uplift, travel allowance, and penalties. You will be working on 10-hour days with a daily Did-o arrangement. The contract includes six weeks of work starting mid-July.
* Install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems on gas turbines.
* Inspect, test, and repair control systems, PLCs, DCS, and field instruments associated with gas turbines.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
* Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance, ensuring all systems meet safety and operational standards.
* Diagnose and resolve faults to minimize downtime and optimize turbine performance.
* Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
