The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering managed services and technical support across complex technology environments.
Key responsibilities include supporting network automation and monitoring platforms, ensuring high availability, and working collaboratively with internal teams and vendors.
This role requires technical expertise and experience with Linux, AD/DNS/DHCP, Splunk, SDA, DNAC – Catalyst Centre, as well as expert level capability and experience with multiple monitoring and tooling platforms like Stat seeker, NetScout, Cisco ISE, TACACS, WINNER & Infoblox.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Expertise in systems/network administration (Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP)
* Networking knowledge with CCNA certification or above
* Experience with advanced routing technologies SDA, DNAC – Catalyst Centre
* Expert level capability and experience with multiple monitoring and tooling platforms like Stat seeker, NetScout, Cisco ISE, TACACS, WINNER & Infoblox
* Strong working knowledge of security operations and tools (e.g. Splunk, SIEM, vulnerability management)
