Bookings Consultant - East Perth Office Based
Leading Perth based National Nursing Recruitment Agency requires motivated people to join their busy team.
Your role will be to book our nursing staff into facilities around Australia. The position will involve inbound and outbound calls, operational bookings, data entry on a computerized system, and communicating daily with our large staff base. It is essential the candidate is able to provide first-class service to our clients in the Public and Private sectors and assist in increasing our business.
Responsibilities
Book nursing staff into facilities across Australia
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Perform operational bookings and data entry on a computerized system
Communicate daily with a large staff base
Qualifications
Excellent phone manner
Experience using MS Office, specifically MS Excel
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Team player
Multi-tasking ability
Working Hours and Schedules
Monday to Friday (2.30pm-*****pm)
Full time position
Occasional weekend work available (if required)
Candidate must have excellent phone manner and communication skills.
