Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Navigation Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex systems and equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing hands-on setup, testing, integration, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
* Serving as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), resolving complex issues and producing detailed defect analysis and technical reports.
* Mentoring and supporting the development of technicians, providing guidance and feedback on work quality.
* Collaborating across teams to support system design, construction, testing, acceptance, and project delivery.
* Developing and maintaining accurate technical documentation, including test procedures and reports, while ensuring compliance with quality systems.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
* Proven experience in test and commissioning of complex systems or equipment in a technical or engineering environment.
* A strong understanding of technical documentation, test procedures, and quality systems compliance.
* A working knowledge of general-purpose test equipment, diagnostic tools, computers, and computer programs.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* An NV1 defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
* Eligibility to access ITAR information and equipment.
