We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Admin Assistant to join our valued client's finance team in Stapylton, Brisbane. This is an excellent temp-to-permanent opportunity within a collaborative and high-performing accounts environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Payable Team Lead and collaborate across the finance team
- Process contractor invoices and reconcile timesheets
- Assist with payroll administration and timesheet follow-ups
- Manage company credit card coding and administration
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Process employee expense claims in D365
- Provide general finance and administrative support to the Finance Manager
Qualifications
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Previous experience in a finance/admin or accounts role
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a small, agile team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
