Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient and accurate purchasing and inventory activities, keeping supply chain running smoothly and meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: •Maintain accurate and timely records of procurement transactions such as purchase orders, contracts and vendor information. •Manage and track international and domestic shipments, to ensure compliance with ETA's and delays are mitigated •Ensuring selected suppliers meet quality and food regulatory standards •Accurate and timely portfolio and functional reporting •Monitor market trends, industry developments and regulatory requirements to inform procurement decisions, cost savings and operational improvements. Key criteria: •Previous experience in purchasing & Inventory Control, ideally within food or supplement manufacturing of the FMCG sector. •Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. •Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in procurement software being advantageous. •Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities. •Proven knowledge working in ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
