The Payroll Agency has partnered with a small business in the recruitment of their new Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role as they have created a new payroll department. Reporting into the wonderful HR Manager, this role of course works extremely close to the Finance Director too.
Day to day duties include:
* End to end processing of payroll
* All statutory deductions such as tax, super and third party payments
* Complex environment with multiple enterprise agreements & awards
* Creation and documentation of processes and procedures
* System implementation
* Ensuring compliance
* Governance checks such as risk analysis
In order to be successful you must:
* Have experience in payroll management in an end to end environment
* Ability to commute into City fringe a few times a week
