The Role
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can rank websites and execute properly.
This is a hands-on role focused on implementing SEO strategies, making site changes, identifying ranking opportunities, and driving real results for clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing SEO campaigns across multiple clients
• Implementing on-page SEO strategies including content, structure, and internal linking
• Conducting technical SEO audits and implementing fixes
• Building and executing backlink strategies
• Working inside WordPress and Elementor
• Keyword research focused on high-intent traffic
• Tracking rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
• Communicating with clients through updates, calls, and reporting
• Collaborating with the ads and web development team
What We’re Looking For
• Proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO
• Confident using WordPress and Elementor
• Experience with link building and backlink strategies
• Ability to identify and execute ranking opportunities
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
Bonus Points
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SE Ranking
• CRO or landing page experience
• Experience working alongside Google Ads campaigns
