Financial Operations Assistant
A leading aviation ground handling company seeks a skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join their team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to evolve into a full-time position.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoices, and maintain email account oversight.
* Handle accounts receivable, processing airline invoices and reconciliations.
* Process manager credit card transactions, including reconciliation and end-of-month adjustments.
* Contribute to financial reviews and reporting, analyzing profit and loss statements.
* Communicate with suppliers, airport managers, and operations teams.
* Prepare and submit monthly payroll tax reports and annual returns.
* Reconcile GST accounts and prepare BAS returns.
* Assist the People and Payroll Manager with job coverage of fortnightly payroll processing.

Requirements:
