We are seeking experienced and committed Personal Carers to join our team at Greensborough.
About the role
Reliability, flexibility and ability to work as a positive team member in a busy aged care environment
A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service
Demonstrated resident advocacy while ensuring dignity of residents in your care
Maintaining complete documentation
Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff
Assist with resident's care need, including mobility and transfers.
Working closely with the team to ensure consistent compliance with all Aged Care standards and Samkay Health policies and procedures
Ensuring all staff adhere to safe practices and follow all WHS requirements
This opportunity is for part time or casual shifts.
Skills and experience
Knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and ANACC
A robust approach to managing your time effectively and ability to work within deadlines
Have excellent documentation skills, reporting and note keeping
Be polite and empathetic with people
Have a problem-solving ability
