Home Care Assistant
We are seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our Community Care Team.
* This is a permanent part-time and casual role available in Innisfail and surrounding areas.
* Your key responsibilities will include providing care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence, and improving their quality of life.
You will be responsible for:
1. Providing in-home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
2. Supporting participation in community-based recreational and social activities.
3. Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
* A current Australian driver's license and own road-worthy insured vehicle.
* Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
