TSV Automotive is growing, and we're looking for a warm, organised and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers.
This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, keeps calm under pressure and takes pride in creating a smooth, friendly experience for every visitor and caller.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of the dealership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls promptly and directing them to the right department
Greeting customers on arrival and guiding them to where they need to be
Managing front-of-house duties with a high standard of professionalism
Assisting with basic administrative tasks and data entry
Supporting the sales, service and management teams where required
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a fast-paced customer-facing environment where attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Polished communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
Strong phone manner with confidence in handling busy call volumes
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
A calm, organised nature and a customer-first mindset
Previous experience in a structured reception or front-desk environment would be highly regarded
