Account Executive Opportunity
This role is a chance to leverage your commercial broking expertise to drive growth and success for our clients and our business.
* Manage a high-value portfolio of diverse clients, delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships.
* Conduct client renewals, pre-renewal preparations, policy quoting, endorsements, certificates, cancellations, and reporting.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through strong engagement and smart negotiation.
* Collaborate with our expert claims team to stay informed and help deliver fair claim outcomes.
* Develop strong relationships with underwriters, senior brokers, and internal team members.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of commercial broking experience highly regarded.
* Must have Tier 1 certification and Australian product knowledge.
* Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios and building strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and ability to educate and build relationships with stakeholders.
* Advanced technical understanding of insurance policies including business pack, ISR, public liability, plant, and heavy motor policies.
* Proficiency in Steadfast broking software highly regarded.
