The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join our team at AUS's Head Office in Perth. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role provides strategic and operational HR leadership across our group of companies.
We're looking for someone passionate about creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to do their best. You'll ensure every employee's experience reflects the care, teamwork, and professionalism that defines AUS.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver HR initiatives that align with AUS's values and objectives.
* Advises on employment law, performance management, and workforce compliance.
* Oversee HR governance, policies, and reporting.
* Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work activities
* Drive engagement, wellbeing, and development initiatives.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
* At least 4 years' experience in an HR role.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Modern Awards, and best practice.
* Active Listener who engages with openness, contributes their perspective and fosters collaboration across the organisation.
* Able to balance strategic insight with hands-on HR delivery.
