Position Overview
As our Recruitment Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, hire and grow talent across the business. Operating in a skills-constrained market, you'll partner with leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, build sustainable talent pipelines and uplift recruitment capability across our network.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with genuine influence, variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.
What you'll be doing
* Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across trade, operational, professional and leadership roles
* Partner with leaders on role scoping, selection decisions and market expectations
* Build and maintain talent pipelines, including early careers, hard‑to‑fill roles, and international candidates
* Drive improvements to recruitment systems, processes and reporting
* Ensure consistent, fair and compliant recruitment practices across the business
* Support and coach leaders to build effective and confident hiring capability
* Attend networking, career and industry‑related events across the company and broader region
What you'll bring
* Proven experience leading internal recruitment or talent acquisition
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
* Experience recruiting in regional, trade, industrial or operational environments (highly regarded)
* Experience in migration and international recruitment, including managing visa processes
* Practical, organised and solutions‑focused approach
* Sound understanding of fair and compliant recruitment practices
