Casino Medical Centre is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking a person with:

* Demonstrated high level of computer skills
You will be responsible for:
* Managing appointments and welcoming patients as the first point of contact within the centre
* Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with enquiries
* Attending to patient billing and processing payments
* Providing high quality, accurate and efficient reception and administration services
* Banking
* Incoming and outgoing correspondence
* End of day reconciliation
What you'll need to succeed in this role
* Ability to show initiative and work independently as required
* High attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task - prioritising patient care
* Work well under pressure
* Be reliable and well presented
* Must be available to cover various shifts from 8am to 6pm Mon - Fri
* Applicants should be prepared to meet immunisation requirements relevant to working in a health care environment.
Desirable but not essential
* Previous experience in medical reception
* Previous experience in the use of Best Practice Software
* An understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule
