Business Process Analyst - Mandarin Speaking Preferred
This role focuses on understanding how our warehouse, store, and logistics operations work in real life, then turning that knowledge into clear processes, documents, and data structures. You will observe daily operations, analyse key steps, create flowcharts and SOPs, and support the IT team by identifying areas for improvement and automation. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working closely with different teams and occasionally on-site.
Responsibilities
* Observe daily operations in warehouses, stores, and logistics, and record how tasks are actually done.
* Analyse key steps and decisions, and create clear flowcharts, SOPs, and process documents.
* Build data tables, Excel templates, and simple data structures to support business reporting and process improvements.
* Communicate with business teams to confirm workflow details and data definitions.
* Support IT in identifying process issues, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks for future automation.
* Test new or improved processes on a small scale to make sure they work (UAT style).
Requirements
* Able to draw flowcharts and present business processes clearly.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and good at turning unclear information into structured documents.
* Good observation and communication skills.
* Able to work on-site when needed (e.g., short visits to warehouses or stores).
* Experience in process improvement, operations, data analysis, QA, or IT support is a plus.
