Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Hours: 39 hours per fortnight (3 days per week; 9AM-4PM)
Location: Mercy Place Fernhill (Sandringham)
About the Opportunity
You'll provide administrative support to site leadership, manage reception and enquiries, assist with resident admissions and records, coordinate meetings and appointments, and support invoicing, compliance documentation, and general office administration.

Key Qualifications
* Strong organisational, time‐management, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt, problem‐solve, and manage competing priorities.
* A flexible, positive, and professional approach to administrative support.
* The ability to build friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Required evidence or documentation:
* Current Police Record Check and NDIS Clearance
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
