We are seeking a highly capable and proactive support professional to provide reliable, confidential and professional assistance to senior leaders.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing complex schedules, coordinating communications and ensuring seamless delivery of key projects
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism
* Preparing and editing high quality correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing documents
* Ensuring senior leaders are fully prepared for meetings and engagements, including compiling papers and background material
* Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
* Handling expense management for senior leaders
* Showcasing initiative in problem solving, process improvements and day-to-day operational support
Key qualifications include:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (exposure to property industry desirable but not essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent follow up and organisational skills
* Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
* High level of initiative, problem solving ability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
* Vehicle owner with a valid driver's licence
