Accounts Manager Role
This is a dynamic position that offers an engaging blend of financial management and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage weekly payroll operations, including PAYG, superannuation, and compliance obligations.
* Process invoices, reconcile accounts receivable, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely payments.
* Carry out banking and credit card reconciliations to optimize cash flow.
* Analyze vendor accounts, review supplier options, and implement new processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements & Skills:
* Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable with proficiency in financial software.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with ability to analyze complex data.
* Xero experience highly valued as it facilitates efficient accounting processes.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision while providing excellent customer service and communication.
