Customer Service Representative
* Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer service, creating positive experiences for customers.
2. Utilize strong communication skills to ensure accurate information exchange and resolve any issues that may arise.
3. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards or concerns.
4. Participate in maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
5. Process stock, receive, dispatch, and store merchandise efficiently.
6. Engage as an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing positively to the team culture.
7. Availability required; Monday and Friday (15 hours).
