We are excited to offer an experienced, energetic, engaging and passionate HR professional the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Management team to champion all things people related; you will contribute to the continuous improvement within the business on performance of the team and achievement of the organisation's vision and purpose.
This role will ne responsible for developing, reviewing, and administering human resources activities and programs relating to culture, engagement, compliance, recruitment and onboarding, training coordination, conflict and dispute resolution, performance management strategies and HR administration.
This role also provides advice and responses to queries regarding human resources policies and procedures within the organisation and supports initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance levels.
This role ensures that HR is effectively supporting the payroll function and working in line with organisational and legislative requirements.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
