Job Title: Administration Officer
As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our nursing, medical, and allied health teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to clinical teams and NUMs.
* Assisting with data entry, workforce administration, and report preparation.
* Managing stock, equipment orders, and maintenance.
* Organizing clinical meetings and documentation.
* Contributing to quality, accreditation, and incident processes.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work under broad supervision.
* Certificate III in Health Administration or willingness to undertake it.
* Experience with computerized rostering systems (HealthRoster).
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency for eligibility for permanent appointment in NSW Health.
