About the role
We are seeking a friendly and energetic fashion sales assistant/stylist to join our team at our Flagship Noosaville store. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their fashion and styling needs. As a sales assistant, you will be an integral part of our customer experience and help drive sales within our store.
You will start as a casual sales assistant working 3 days Thursday to Saturday. The hourly rate is $35 and Saturday $41. For the right person who meets store sales targets the position will increase to 4 days. With opportunity for advancement to store manager.
WHO ARE YOU
* With solid two year fashion retail experience behind you, you shine on floor as a stylist, trend advisor and passionate brand ambassador creating lasting memories for our clients
* You are an advocate for body positivity and believe fashion is for all women, regardless of age and size.
* You have a passion for detail and a love of colour and prints
* Capable of working independently and on your own in the store on the days you work. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store and security.
* You will demonstrate exceptional client service, brand and product knowledge and relationship building skills to achieve the expectations of Maevarii's global vision.
* Acquire and grow the Maevarii client database through engaging and maintaining professional client relationships.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong, warm genuine relationships with our clientele and the community through social events.
* You are creative and passionate about fashion and have a sharp eye for styling, product presentation and a deep understanding of our brand identity.
* Meet and exceed individual and store sales
* 2+ years' experience in women's fashion retail
* You will be the go-to for style advice and help every customer find their perfect Maevarii fit
* Available to work 3 to 4 days week.
* Work with a brand that will reward you with generous commission and incentives
* You will maintain visual merchandising in store, steaming and hang garments after customer tried them on, and tidying the store as required, alongside stock replenishment, process payments on the square POS, handle cash, opening and closing the store and security of store.
* You are social media savvy to build and grow an Maevarii Boutique community online thru facebook and Instagram.·
* Filming and capturing in store moments on Instagram Reels, Stories and posts on our community facebook page.
* Supporting events, VIP nights, and marketing campaigns.
* Supporting the Store Manager with other duties as required
