About the Role
As our Project Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our civil projects on track - developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and supporting our project teams with clear timelines and practical reporting. Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers, you’ll help shape the way projects are delivered from planning to completion.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent
* Monitor progress, forecast key milestones, and identify critical path risks
* Coordinate resources and update stakeholders regularly
* Prepare reporting dashboards and contribute to project planning sessions
* Support the team with practical insights that improve schedule performance
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in scheduling within a construction or infrastructure environment, with experience in the water sector advantageous
* Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera)
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
