About the Role
As Group FP&A Analyst, you will be a valued part of the Group Finance team.
Your role will support the CTM global business by providing understanding and insights through business performance analysis.
Your insights will drive decision making.
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Business Partner, you will be working in a highly-skilled, supportive, and collegiate team who will bend over backwards to help you succeed.
The work that you do will enable increased efficiency globally and help senior decision-makers guide the business.
Headed by the Global Chief Financial Officer, the Group Finance function is a small team consisting of Financial Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Global Financial Planning & Analysis.
The Group Finance team strives to be a finance function of the future.
The team has been built by recruiting team members with varying qualifications and skills that extend well beyond traditional finance.

Education and Experience
CA / CPA qualified or studying towards
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis using Excel and other financial software.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle HFM) and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Experience with financial planning software (e.g. Anaplan).
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
