**Focus of the role**
As a Domain Network Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Hardware and software knowledge of Ericsson mobile voice and packet core products, network engineering, with a focus on Customer service management and agile methodologies.

**What you'll do**
- Working closely with the Mission Technical Product Owner (TPO), Product Managers, and senior technical leads to deliver requirements for quarterly Operational Key Results (OKRs).
- Collaborating with senior Engineers to service availability, optimisation and enhancement of model Telco cloud, mobile voice, packet and subscriber management entities
- Contribute to the transitioning of technologies from trials and PoC into the mainstream networks or for specialised deployments.
- E2E ownership of a service availability, Incident and change management, escalations, daily health, user notifications, managing embargos to support critical testing, demos and POCs for a functional area (such as Telco cloud, mobile packet, voice or subscriber management)
- Identify and promote best practice in Knowledge Management and Innovation.
- Service availability monitoring, Configuration data handling and loading, correction packages, data integrity checks
- Providing regular project updates, both in writing to the TPO, and verbally to the Scrum Master, outlining key achievements, risks, issues, and blockers.
- Champion Agile as well as team values and principles.
**About you**
- Expertise on multi wireless domains such as Packet core, Voice Core areas.
Mobile Core Skills in 4G & 5G architecture and E2E call flows
- E/// Mobile core products software, hardware and configuration experience
- Experience with Telco cloud and IP Networking
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of cloud infrastructure
- Experience in Agile and scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of E2E monitoring, load testing and investigative tools; NetScout, Wireshark, SPLUNK, New Reli, etc.
- Ready to continuously learn and share learnings
- Strong stakeholder management skills
**Desirable**
- Programming skills in Ansible and/or Python for the development of automation.
- Ability to NetScout, Wireshark and Landslide for call tracing and call testing requirements
- Ability to work cooperatively with key product vendors
- Experience in managing operational readiness and managing HSE compliance requirements.
- Experience with Essential 8 security compliance.
