Little Constructions specialises in the design and construction of Custom and Acreage new homes across the greater Geelong region.

Role Description

This is a part‐time (9am‐3pm Mon‐Thurs) on‐site Administration role located in Geelong, VIC at Little Constructions. It is not a junior admin position; we are looking for a real go‐getter who loves the administrative engine room of construction.

You will be responsible for the end‐to‐end administration of residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting in planning permit applications and council correspondence i.e. PSI.
* Report & consent, property reports, septic systems, etc.
* Prepare and coordinate building permit applications.
* Track permit conditions, timelines and compliance requirements.
* Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
* QA plans, engineering, specifications, purchase orders, etc.
* Support the site team by following up orders and contractors, booking inspections and documentation.
* Proactively identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
* Improve and maintain internal systems, registers and workflow.
* Prior experience in the Victorian Building & Construction industry is essential.
