We're looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, setting the tone for exceptional service and professionalism. Responsibilities

* Warmly greet and receive employees, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
* Help manage and maintain office systems and databases
* Learn and understand office procedures and protocols under the mentorship of Business Support Team
* Work closely with Facilities and Business Support Team members
* Shadow experienced staff to learn customer service guidelines and effective communication techniques
* Help coordinate New Starters Onboarding with IT and HR partners
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments and attend to voicemails
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, boardroom, and interview rooms
* Learn and complete administrative tasks as directed by the Manager
* Continuously develop interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to improve skills and knowledge


Key Requirements

* Prior experience with reception, administration and/or customer service
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe software
* Professional phone manner
* Professional presentation as a front of house representative
* Motivated, punctual and prompt to act on requests
* Works well in a team environment
* Ability to manage time effectively
* Attention to detail
