Store Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it is customer-focused, efficient and cost-effective.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing daily store operations
* Motivating staff to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring
* Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
* Recruiting, training, developing and supervising staff members
* Maintaining exceptional store conditions and visual merchandising standards
* Driving customer service excellence in all aspects of the store

The successful applicant will possess:

* A proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* A positive, friendly and energetic personality
* A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
* A valid police check or willingness to obtain one upon employment
