Innovators Direct is seeking an experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to lead our sales function and support the continued growth of our business.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded professional who enjoys owning revenue outcomes and contributing to go-to-market activity. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive sales strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and support targeted marketing initiatives that generate pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the sales function, including strategy, execution, and performance
* Drive new business growth and manage key client relationships
* Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and revenue targets
* Contribute to go-to-market strategy and sales enablement initiatives
* Collaborate on marketing activity, including campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
* Provide input into messaging, positioning, and market opportunities
* Represent Innovators Direct at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
* Work closely with leadership, operations, and support teams to align growth initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in a senior B2B or consultative sales leadership role
* Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to execute
* Experience contributing to marketing or go-to-market initiatives
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Experience in hospitality & Retail Tech.
* Comfortable working in a growing business with autonomy and accountability
* Must have experience in working with a POS solution before. One of either Lightspeed, Abacus or Square experience is a must.
