Your new role
The General Manager is accountable for contributing to the development and execution of the strategic operations plans, through assuming full P&L responsibility and proactively contributing to the effective deployment and management of the technical operations teams.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a business portfolio of $40m+ P&L, demonstrated leadership of large field service teams supported with technology to help them deliver outstanding results to their clients. Further commercial skills in growing national and local contracts through strong customer relationships and Implementation of new service management software and demonstrated ability to analyse customer data will be highly regarded.
