FXBC Northern Rivers is a locally owned business, located in Lismore NSW and is a leader in Document Management and Multi Function Office/Production devices. We sell and service Photocopiers and Printers and offer a range of Document Solutions to customers throughout the Northern Rivers.
About the role
We are looking for a Service & IT Support Coordinator to work in our Lismore head office to assist our friendly team. We require someone who understands that in a small team environment they will need to be flexible, and that every day will present new challenges. The successful applicant will have a high attention to detail, a positive work ethic and can-do attitude.
Daily Responsibilities
* Provide first-level phone support for printing, scanning, and networking issues
* Troubleshoot basic IT and connectivity faults with customers (Windows, macOS, MFDs)
* Taking and allocating service jobs to field technicians and monitor job progress.
* Process warranty and service claims
* Handle general service administration and customer updates
What you'll need
* Good understanding of office IT systems, networks, and printers
* Clear communication skills and a calm phone manner
* Solid organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
* Willingness to help out in the warehouse when needed.
Nice to have
* Previous experience in an IT Support or Service Admin role.
* Knowledge of Fujifilm / Fuji Xerox devices
* Valid Australian Driver Licence
