Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager (ASM), you will undertake various public facing duties such as responding to, and resolving enquiries from clients, travel to Portland and Hamilton courts for clerking duties, processing clients and maintaining our in-house case management system, all while supporting our legal team in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will undertake administrative tasks assigned by lawyers, liaise with clients, practitioners, and community groups, providing important information about our services. This role is based at our Warrnambool office on Gunditjmara Country. About youAs our ideal candidate, you will possess: * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. * Strong communication skills to engage with clients empathetically and effectively, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. * A commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused services in a sensitive environment. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client database management. * A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team setting, contributing to a positive workplace culture. * Experience providing administrative &/or reception support, ideally within a legal environment (highly desirable).
